Enjoy a beautiful selection of varied choral music to mark Palm Sunday by the Royal Tunbridge Wells Choral Society with professional musicians and soloists at the Assembly Hall Theatre on Sunday 13th April at 3pm.
The programme includes: John Stainer’s The Crucifixion, an oratorio for tenor, baritone, choir and organ reflecting on the passion and sacrifice of Christ; Antonio Vivaldi’s ever popular Baroque masterpeice Gloria; and Procession of Palms by Malcolm Williamson – a Master of the Queen’s Music – which captures the grandeur and solemnity of a religious procession.

The concert lasts approximately 2 hours, including a 20-minute interval.
